Katie is the founder of ARCHITECT OS™, a practical operating framework built for leaders who need to bring structure, clarity, and scale to complex work.
Her background sits at the intersection of finance shared services, finance operations, systems, process governance, and cross-functional execution.
Katie leads with an operator’s mindset: clarify the current state, design the right operating model, tighten the process, and build the cadence, reporting, and accountability needed to make improvement stick.
She is at her best in environments where growth has created complexity and the business needs stronger visibility, cleaner workflows, and more scalable standards.
Her experience spans accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, expenses, payroll accounting, compliance, reporting, and finance systems. Across those areas, she focuses on connecting the dots between people, process, systems, and leadership decision-making.
Outside of work, Katie is deeply invested in fitness, strength training, and personal growth. That same discipline shows up in how she leads: direct, structured, resilient, and built around continuous improvement.
